This is just to remind anyone who's still following this blog that you'll probably be seeing some emails from me soon.

Also, calling customer service is like those 'choose your own adventure' stories we read when we were kids. You know, where you think you're doing well and then all of a sudden you're at a dead end, but you don't know how to go back so you have to start over? It's like that only with numbers. And automated voices.
