This trip was a birthday present from last year. We had a boat for 10 people for a day. It was great fun, if rather daunting at the start, due to the fact that the first task was to steer across an aqueduct 216 feet in the air. You can see the terror in my face. However, we took it ij turns and most of us got the knack of it, with only minimal damage to the canal banks!

Wow Carrie
This looks like fabulous fun!! It would have been a little scary crossing the aquaduct though. I have fond memories. Remember the 'pirate' on his bucks day!! Your lunch looks good too. xx
