Summer visiting

And then we became the visitors...

To the Islands, once again, for an epic clan gathering! All 22 of Daddy's family together in one place for the first time since... since... there were only seventeen of us, at Wisa's wedding five years ago.

Well, if that doesn't just cry out for a huge number of group photos, then I don't know what would!

What else did we do, other than stand close together, try to look in the same direction and smile? We ate a lot of curry, a lot of cake, drank a fair amount of Daddy's beer and tried to run it all off in a game of rounders, which the girls won, of course*
