Day 11

Today we didn't do that much. The Holyrood Palace was our first stop of the day. The queen still owns and visits it in the summer. It has beautiful architecture on the ceilings and walls. The palace tour took about an hour to complete. Afterwards we went to the park across the road. At the park there were two teenage girls playing with a dog. We talked and got to know each other. One left and I talked to the other. She was 15 and lived in Edinburgh. We played with the dog then she had to go. Afterwards we walked the Royal Mile again and we looked into different shops. We went for supper, we had Mexican it was very good.
