The Royal Yacht is magnificent yet understated. At first glance it does not seem like a Royal ship, but looking closer at the details it does have a sense of majesty. Enjoy the photos!! I hope that this post doesn't get lost, as I have but the date I visited the ship rather than today's date.

This was the front deck. Because it was near the royal rooms there had to be complete silence as the crew worked nearby. They also did not wear a hat as they scrubbed the decks and such near the royal chambers. This meant that they were not oficially outfitted and the royal family was saved from contantly returning the crews salutes.
