Hey Moffat who are your two mates Dumfries and Beattock? Hey it's me
Because we had woken up so early we were ready to hit the road by 7.30, which is a good thing biecause we are driving up to Edinburgh today, by the time we had breakfast and got the GPS sorted at was 9.00am. Love the highways here 3 lanes not sure what the exact speed limit is because don't see many signs and everyone passing us is doing at least 130km, our car is metric and UK isn't. We stopped at a services area which is eating and shopping to give you a break from the highway.
We missed two exits to Moffat so had to continue on and get off at the next exit so had to travel back15km to visit the little town of Moffat.
Back on the road and now straight to Edinburgh we arrived about 6pm, no parking at the hotel so Mal dropped us off and took the car to park it, he was gone for an hour, he didn't have his phone so I couldn't call him, turns out he parked and then got lost so had walked around the whole of Edinburgh old town.
We went to look
Moffat
Here we are...who would have thought we would ever be here for dinner but the restaurants were actually pubs so Lexie wasn't allowed in, stopped at a mini market (Sainsburys) and got some snacks to take back to our room
Another early night
See you all tomorrow
