Day 3 First performance

Today we had our first performance and it was a fantastic one. We had a packed audience and it was a shared performance with Canadian fiddlers and a dance company from Australia. It was a high intensity show altogether. TASSO did the closing act and at the end of the concert we did a collaboration with the two other groups. We altered our song, Viva La Vida by Coldplay, so that we were accompanied by the fiddlers and the dancers. It turned out fabulous. Around 4pm, we had a dress rehearsal. Before the performance, the group split up, with 8 members taking a festival minivan to load the truck and the rest of the group taking the coach bus.

It was a late night for us, as at 11pm we were on our way back to our base. We are looking forward to tomorrow as the opening ceremony for the festival is taking place.
