Today we traveled to Wales. We stopped in the roman city of Chester, which was once the capital of Great Britain. for a little shopping, sight seeing, and lunch. What a quaint and historical town. Early to bed for a "Full On Experience" tomorrow. One of the activities we will participate in is called upsailing down a castle wall. We call it repelling in America. This should be an uplifting and empowering experience.

Here is the stable area near Buckingham Palace for the Queen. This is where the 2012 Summer Olympics for Beach Volleyball will be held. We have been told that they are going to cover this area in sand for the event.
