When we moved down here we have taken some time to explore the suroundings and some of the best places in North Yorkshire to visit are the Waterfalls Walk (best in summer) - about 3 miles through woods, a bit over the hills and then back in the woods. White scar cave is near by and quite impressive to walk through. We also like Brimham rocks, very jurasic park feel in this place, nice on a warm day. We also like Sutton Bank in the North York Moors (no photos) - beautiful scenery and nice village of Kilburn has a white horse on the hill which is a nice walk to go up to.

Yorkshire is a lovely part of the UK that is quite quaint, with little tea shops and good beer, we are enjoying our time here and still got more to discover.
