Camping in the heatwave

I think I've turned into a Brit...I just found myself getting excited about a day when the weather was 22 degrees and cloudy...so excited I hired a car and planned a camping trip down along the beaches of the south coast (no sand, just pebbles). Meteorologists predicted that this 'balmy, hot day of 22' could be the best that English summer 2007 would hold so I wanted to make the most of it.
