On Friday evening we travelled to Selly Oak in Birmingham for our team training day which ran from 9am until 4pm on Saturday. Unfortunately Mike was unable to come but the rest of us were there.
The programme allowed us to discuss our hopes and fears about the trip, find out more about Ecuador and the work we'll be doing there and gave us the chance to continue to grow together as a group. All in all it was a very successful day!
