John Locke is actually one of my most personal favorite philosophers. He is one of the best philosophers, but he has to be the most innovative philosophers of all time. John Locke believed that politics and education were the most important factors in the world. He believed that every man (sorry ladies, but men rule about 94% of the world) is born with their natural rights, and they should not be taken control over. John Locke lived around the time of the Revolutionary War, and he wanted Britain to leave the 13 colonies alone as part of the Whig Party. His beliefs actually led to the reform of England's government because England was a monarchy and the Whig party did not particularly did not want a King to be in power. The Whig Party gained power, and England became a constitutional monarchy meaning that the king would not have power. John Locke's belief helped paved the way for democracy.
