Thanks to our signing on with www.trustedhousesitters.com we were able to have a wonderful time in Bath, about 100 miles west of London. Fortunately for us 2 cats, Winston and Ellie needed someone to take care of them from December 16 – 27th so we also got a much needed “cat fix”. Like so many others we love to travel and we love to sail so cruising makes a lot of sense. Janice has retired from Cornell as a business manager and Bob has retired from South Seneca school district as the high school principal. It's time to sell the house, get rid of whatever doesn't fit on our 40 foot Caliber LRC named Tsamaya (this means Travel Well in Setswana) and set off to see the world. Anyone Recognize this Vegetable
Yum, Romanesco, reminiscent of fractals!! Wegman's sells it, usually during the month of November. It tastes as great as it looks, a mild, tender vegetable that is a cultivar of the same species as cauliflower, broccoli, cabbage, etc.
