100 hours to go.

As i write this, i am back home in Frome counting down the hours until departure for Costa Rica. If all goes to plan Ed will be waiting for me at San Jose airport in exactly 100 hours. Actually i haven't accounted for the time difference but there really is no need.
Anyway this is the (fairly pointless) first of many posts. I hope to pass on some of the classic tales and dodgy situations we will no doubt find ourselves in over the next 4 months. I think it's easy enough to put loads of photos up on the blog as well, so it's better than filling up your email inboxes.
There's also a thing so that I can put some of you as 'subscribers' to my writings, and then you get an email whenever it's been updated, though i think that bit of the site is broken at the moment so i wont attempt it just yet.
