Getting Ready

I know we must be going on holiday soon as the house looks cleaner than it ever has. A completely non essential job when you've only just found out that you're flying out a day earlier than you thought.

The mad panic of getting everything done has now ground to a halt - now that Coronation Street has begun. Judging by the time i've got about seven more minutes before its all systems go again.

Have almost sorted out all the hotel problems that only just emerged. We found out last night that the hotel we thought we had booked for Hong Kong hadn't actually been confirmed. The new hotel is more expensive but at least we've got a harbour view.

Will try to spend the rest of the night playing about with the new camera. It's got hundreds of features and it seems a shame that we only know how to use one.

We'll write more and keep everyone up-to-date once we've got something more interesting to report.
