Bright and early - heading to gym!
Heading off to the gym - Steve locking the stable door.7am - Time to get up and ready for the gym, so we can launch ourselves into training for our fundraising hike and also burn off some of that Christmas pudding and those mince pies we feasted on over the festive period.
We spent an hour at the Amida Spa, our local gym today. Lavinia, being a typical woman, was of course trying to burn off some of those extra Christmas calories and Steve was pumping some iron on the weights.
The great thing about the Amida Spa is that after pumping away in the gym, you can take a relaxing shower and then be whisked away into a state of heaven, if you have an indulgent massage in the Spa afterwards. Definitely the perfect way to train!
