Well arrived at Heathrow eventually.....never with Qatar again...rocked up to Tullamarine 8.00pm for our 1030pm flight to be told it will not be leaving until 1.00a.m. Anyway staked out a new bar and had a few beers whilst waiting...nearly 14hrs to Doha and then another 7 1/2 to Heathrow, collected our hire car a little Jazz and off to Faversham. Great to get your blog. Aren't those English pubs lovely ? So different to ones here . Sounds like you are having great time . Enjoy all you can when fit .... Too late when older .! ! ! . Not much news from here but love to hear from you about your travels .i thought Qatar was good to fly with ,pleased I'm not flying to Barcelona with them now ,after your comments , going Emirates again .Until next time stay safe love. Hi Norma, thanks for your note and comments, yes just love the old English pubs, they are all so different. We are trying to see as much as we can because you never know when things may change. Hi Val and Merv, yes we are having a wonderful time! Keeping away from London just visiting a couple of friends before embarking on a cruise from Southampton to Northern Norway to hopefully see the Northern lights....it is so pretty down here in Cornwall! Cool but nice! xx
