Off to the Homeland

Well, Paris is over and we have moved to England. Lots of Fog and lots of sunshine and of course, today, lots of rain.

we are in England though, we shouldn't expect anything different, or so we have been told.

However there are a couple of late shots in Paris that we mush share with you. Birthday was great and the weather was absolutely beautiful for most of the time we were there. England and Scotland is about family roots again so this will be another sentimental journey. Nothing like starting out with family and finishing with family.

A birthday drink??

Now that is a drink!
John ordered a large beer expecting a stubby because this is what they gave him in another cafe when the choice was a large beer. Wasn't expecting this, although he drank every last drop of course.

Stone Henge
The obligatory Stone Henge photo. A must when you are staying 40 minutes away. was a rather foggy day but not enough to fog the photo up.

Bag o' Nails
This pub was fantastic, across the road from Buck P. Food delicious and reasonably priced.

Pebbles, pebbles and more pebbles. the typical English beach and of course three pairs of feet.
