Colourful houses in Portobello Rd. Geo: 51.5002, -0.126236
I have been here for two years and I still had not made it to this market, so today Jess and I caught the tube to Notting Hill Gate. From here it was a really short walk to the market. The market is well known for selling antiques. There were heaps of people here today, a bit too crowded for my liking. We walked from one end of the market to the other end, which took us quite a while. For lunch we had paella which was cooked in front of us in huge pans, yum, yum. There were so many market stalls, the only thing I bought was a silver ring. I just wasn't in a shopping mood- just as well for my bank account.
