Kiwis aren't so flightless after all... In March 2006 my best friend and I took off on a road trip across the United States. We drove in a large zig zag across the continent, had an amazing time and kept everyone in touch by writing about our adventures on our travelblog - Jenny and Ju. At the end of our trip we arrived in the UK, based ourselves in London, and split up to seek our fortunes. Dan, Liz and Melinda on the eve of Liz's departure from London. Jenny and I joined in for a Silly Kiwi night out. (Liz moved to Scotland - but is currently enjoying summer at home in good ole Chch En Zed.) And congrats to D&M - who are now engaged!

Thank you! What a nice comment, and glad you like the pics :) I have a lot of fun taking them, but you can see now why I have started looking at SLRs - sometimes it is so frustrating not having more options... or lenses... but I have to balance out the cost against the bells and whistles. No doubt you will hear more of my dilemmas in due course! x j
