This past weekend was London.
People kept saying that it'd be expensive, but Zurich already set the high water mark, so we barely noticed.
What was noticeable was the insane density of people around there. Coming from Rural Alberta, where being in the same room is considered sharing personal space, it was mind boggling to see thousands of people on a single boardwalk area. I have no idea how they manage to keep that place functioning.
Otherwise, we did the standard tourist thing - parks, palaces, parliaments, etc.. No pubs to report on this time though. Saturday, we popped back to the hotel for an after dinner nap that turned into a 12 hour crash. I blame the fish & chips.
Photos as always.
Cheers,
Joel
