We're on our way!

Well, we're on our way! Euphoria about impending travel was dampened by the loss of our beautiful, funny Black Labrador, Sophie. Much loved by all the family and greatly missed, especially by our Chocolate Labrador Wispa. Sad times but glad we were here and not on the other side of the world when it happened And we have 9 years of happy memories to make us smile.



Rucksacks successfully packed and now in hotel in London. Was hard to say goodbye to our amazing children's but we're sure they will cope- at least until the food runs out! Had a lovely card from Natalie which hopefully I have attached! Glad we weren't going to Paris as all Eurostar journeys have been cancelled due to lorry fire which has closed the tunnel. There are massive queues through St Pancras and out into street. Off to see Miss Saigon tonight and then spending tomorrow with friends and family in London. Getting very excited and looking forward to sharing what is the Trip of a lifetime with you.
