Day 101

There was a bit of commotion with the flight home. First a problem with the check-in system that delayed boarding by an hour, and then we had to wait two hours for an 'aggressive passanger' to be removed from the plane by police before we took off. However, we eventually got going, and after a dull (no personal screens!) and uncomfortable (easyjet-style leg room!) 12 hour flight we landed in Frankfurt and took a connection, only two hours later than planned, to Heathrow.

We arrived back at the flat around 8pm exhasted and, after beans on toast and a delicious cup of tea, sank into bed for our last sleep together before parting ways for xmas, to be followed in Janurary, after 100 days of adventure that we will remember forever, by our dreaded return to the real world.
