Hi All,

This is the first update just to make sure its all working and you are getting the updates...

We have now purchased the 12 month, 9 countries and 4 internal flights tickets (£1400) Courtesy of Travelbag....

Our departure date is the 5th September, Manchester-NYC, can’t wait.....

Attached is a copy of the mapped out itinerary, so you can see where we are off too!

Having been made redundant, Lou & I are about to set off on a trip covering 4 continents and visiting 15 countries in just over 10 months. We will set off in early September and our first port of call will be NY where in typical style Lou intends to go shopping! We will update you weekly with all the gossip, funny stories, pictures and of course details of where to send the red cross parcels too when the money runs out!. Hahahaha Watch this space..
