Ellie & I arranged to meet for lunch in Gusto Alderley with our Mum's so they can swap numbers and keep in touch while we're away. Ellie turned up with a travel pack for each of them (including maps, itineraries and information on the places we're visiting) which was hilarious! Ellie doesn't come across as the organised type, but she'd make a better PA than me!
We had a fab few hours and went for a few drinks in The Farmers Arms after. Ant's lent us a vacuum suction thing that you use when your stung or bitten by a nasty creature, it's meant to get the venom out but we had more fun vacuuming it to people's faces and tongues.
Ellie came out with a few of her classic bimbo comments which is always entertaining. When I asked her if she knew there were venomous fish where we were going, she said that wouldn't be a problem since we won't be eating much fish. Hmmm don't think she quite grasped what I meant.
