GimmalwaldGimmalwaldGimmalwald

The view from the first night in the Hostel, plus it was Swiss national day so there were fireworks.
We made it to the Top of Europe. Amazing train system to the top, a cogwheel train and track pretty much straight through the mountain to reach the summit. On the way to the top we saw some amazing waterfalls and at the top we sent postcards (watch for the special postal code stamp when you get a card).

Pat took a golf swing at winning a 100,000 chf Swiss made watch, would have been nice, to bad he wasn't in his element.

After seeing the sites we took the long way down, 4 hour hike back to our hostel. I think anymore hiking is out of the question.

Tomorrow we are off to Bern to witness the medieval festival, the train ride should be fun.
