Wow, what a trip. So many pictures sum it up quite well but you can also read on 😊 (sorry, it is only one blog entry and therefore quite long). Traveling, seeing, taking pictures (a lot ;) ), hiking, snorkeling, swimming, walking, exploring, trying to make the most of the rare time, and being mainly outdoors... Fourteenth and last day: visiting the Belianska cave and driving back home

The Belianska cave is around 2 million years old...

... it is a typical solutional cave made of limestone.

The darker limestone has some other minerals in it. The white parts are pure limestone.

The Belianska Cave is 1752m long and has an altitude difference of 160m.

The way back: the Slovakian-Polish border was formerly protected by a toll bar.

Polish cheese: delicious!

Because my travel mate wanted to have one of these cheese things, I had to slam on the brakes and leave the road to get to the booth where it was sold. I hope my car's shock absorbers are still fine ;)
