Question: What is the dominant religion in Russia?


The largest religion in Russia is Russian orthodox church and this type of religion has over 150 million followers. Russia came across Christianity and began to follow it at 988. This religion has created many traditions. One of the traditions made is the blessing of the newly elected president. Russia has many other religions in the country, a big one is the Jewish group, but the most dominated is the Russian Orthodox Church.







In this article it is claiming that the most dominated religion is the Russian Orthodox Church. This religion has been around as Russia's top religion for a little over than 1000 years. That has been a while and it has come along with many exciting new traditions. Russia is still continuing many of these nice traditions as it continues to grow in this religion.
