"Like Stone Henge only older" - tourist board advertisment

A huge stone circle up on a hill, that is offically older than Stone Henge, hence the slogan for the tourists.

A beautiful site, we camped next to the circle and felt a real presence, possibly due to ley/energy lines.

There were crystals growing on some of the stones, I found markings on one and there was evidence of rock manipulation with a stone with the top cut off.

There are supposed to be nudreds of megalithic structures in the area, on the way back from the Cromleque we visited a menhir which is more than 2 metres tall.
