We spent a great time at Quinta Mar near Tavira Santa Luzia actually. Great place in full nature with a biologial Swimmingpool in front of the house that has 4 really nice flats. Holidays in a child friendly atmosphere and with lots of animals around - not only birds. Well, I'd say its a birdwatcher heaven as well...
