well this is the plan anyway. it is raining this morning in warsaw and so it has not made for a good start. we are off to seek out some breakfast and then buy our tickets to krakov, promising to be the better city of the poland leg of the tour. i hadnt realised the previous night, but there seem to be a lot of british here in our hostel. most of them seem to be here to get drunk. i wasnt aware of the drinking lures of eastern europe but obviously they are there. just reading up on back home and came across this article. http://www.guardian.co.uk/uk/2008/jul/08/ukcrime.ukguns

anyway, i digress but we are hopefully booking our train for 1700 tonight to krakov where we'll be staying for the next couple of days. hoping to have some more opitimistic and inspiring things to write about.
