On our way to Kristiansund we made a stop in Vevang to see Osa and Arild again. Ose had prepared not only coffee but lots of sandwiches and desserts for us (so great to be treated so nice by total strangers). Arild gave Warren copies of some old pictures of the Vevang house and a piece of the original roof that had broken off the house. We again had such a wonderful visit with them. They are both a couple of characters and should do really well operating a B&B.

After leaving Vevang we drove the Atlantic Highway again on our way to Kristiansund. We made a detour to go through the communities of Kornstad and Kvernes which we were told by Johnny Lyngstad (a historian in the area) may have been where some of Warren's ancestors were buried. We walked through both cemetaries but did not find any of his known family.

Wow Loved Blog
Jan: First time I've gotten around to reading blog. Its great, I even cried with happiness for Warren when I read about the Vevang home, and the owners giving him all those old precious pictures, and time in the home. Tommy still very sick and week, trying to get him better. We didnt go on our trip. Cant wait to read more. Ginny
