Sometimes a story or a travel is best told in pictures. This is that kind of a story.

This is the story of a place where I often travel for visiting friends and relatives. This place is a small community that lives mostly of agriculture as live stock and fishing. A place were you can find peace just by enjoying the beauty of your surroundings. A place were you can find beauty in every kind of weather and time of year.

The place is Bø i Vesterålen. Its a small place 1 hour and 30 min drive from the city Harstad and 30 min drive from the city Sortland. This is the perfect place to travel if you enjoy being out in the nature in all its glory by: trekking the mountainsides, boating, cycling from one destinations to the other, drive or walk.

What this place lack of things to do it redeam it self by its beauty. This is the place you want to go just for this.
