Oslo

I went up to Oslo for a meeting in November 2007 to meet a colleague at FAST. I got there at about 4:30 and it was already pitch black and freezing. I din't have much time to check out the city, but one thing was for sure, its definately the most expensive place I've ever been. The prices were outrageous, sometimes i thought that it was a joke..the food was great, but its hard to enjoy it when you're paying 50euros for an appetizer and 12euros for a beer...

The city was cool though, full of bars and pubs. I was there on a Tuesday, but there were lots of people out, and some of the live music bars were full. Obviously would be a cool place to go to in the summer..
