Stuck in Amsterdam sue to sever weather conditions

Hi everyone

landed yesterday @7am and the nightmare began!
long queues (2-3 hourse) to get information; another one (3 hours)to get a hotel room and then waiting for the shuttle to take us to the hotel! it was FREEZING!! thanks God i brought my mountain coat that kept me warm!
then it was all god, good hotel, good food, great bed, great shower so no complains!

I am hoping to be able to fly tonight! i can't wait to go home!!!
