Amsterdam

Had quite an evening last night. Did get to the Temple in The Hague, but couldn't get in the train station...some guy had caused a big problem, and there were police cars everywhere, and a fire truck. No one was allowed in the building at all. We were told to try to get a bus. We finally got to the Temple, but with a taxi after the bus. But we were treated so well, and a member frove us back to our hostel.
Early start today, and got to see windmills, Marken (fishing village) and Volderdam. Canal trip was nice, but a problem with the tickets that were supposed to be there for us. Nice weather this morning, but day turned out very varied...rain sun and both together at times. We are enjoying ourselves, and soon get on a train to go to Copenhagen.
