Train to Amsterdam

Bit of a rush getting to Gare Du Nord station - the trains are quick, but it takes a while to move between platforms and different sections of the stations.
We made it on time - JUST!
First class on Thalys was awesome, drinks and lunch provided :-)
The 10 min walk to our hotel was a challenge, 4 wheel cases do not like cobblestones.
We checked in to the Rho Hotel on Dam Square - right in the middle of Amsterdam, and around the corner from the red light district.
We wandered around Amsterdam to get our bearings and found some interesting shops!
Dinner at an Argentinian restaurant - yum!
