We made it safely to amsterdam and to our beautiful little amsterdam apartment. We have spent the past couple of days enjoying the sights, sounds and tastes of this wonderful city. We visited cafes, red light district, toured the canals and ate in very authentic dutch resturants. (which were delicious) Heineiken is the generic brand of beer around here, its 2 euros for a pint. (Gary, you would be in heaven here and Belguim). We are now off to visit some museums and relax in the park.

We have had a fabulous journey together and enjoyed every moment and experience that we shared. We have many many stories and many more pictures to share with all of our friends and family upon our return. We would upload more pictures but the internet cafes here do not allow this so you will have to wait for us to get back..

Tomorrow is our 8 hour flight back and this trip seems like we have been gone for so long and we do have a longing for home and miss our families and friends.
