It's almost been a year since I wrote my last blog. At that time Covid still dominated our lives. Now it has become a background irritant. Something to be aware of, but no longer ever present. I feel honoured! It's been quite a year, but I think that probably has been the case for quite a few people. On the whole I can't complain. And the swimming pool, in the end, was really a luxury problem.

Love the photos Ralf, there are some really beautiful ones of Gaanderen in winter that I hadn’t seen before & I have to say there are some beautiful areas in & around Hagen which was nice to see
