Edit Blog Post

It's almost been a year since I wrote my last blog. At that time Covid still dominated our lives. Now it has become a background irritant. Something to be aware of, but no longer ever present. I had hoped it would have reached this stage earlier. I think many people hoped the same. I had plans to finally re-start my travelling in January, but a third (or was it a fourth?) wave put a lid on that id... Read Full Entry

But the guys who had to build it didn't have time... So we had to stare at a heap of sand as well as an empty hole

"If one does not wander, one misses the joy of stumbling upon surprising little things" - Dancing Dave. Great pic Ralf, bringing back memories of serendipitous little things.

Intermezzo XXI
The music of life plays on for you Ralf...the joy of family and your relationship with Jenni...balancing the moves of locales, employment, health and how to get the swimming pool finished. Dramatic flourishes, festivities, just living...stumbling on little things in Dutchland, Germany and Ireland...and those that are bigger...expectations of crescendos and what is to come. May your intermezzo be the lead in to magnificent operas to come.
