so we are finally over the hump and on our way down the hill...only 15 days and counting until we have warm meals, clean beds, different clothes to wear, and others besides ourselves to talk to. it will be nice... but in the meantime there are things to see and do. rock adventure number two was amazing in kemonicky senov, czech. the picture will amaze and i am dieing to share but havent got the time or usb port to upload pics. from there i met back up with andrea and melanie, who went to krakow poland while i hiked and saw rocks. we met in berlin and stayed at Soliman's place (a friend of mel). he was great , always tickled by the tiny things which was very refreshing and awesome to be around someone who wasnt cranky. he showed us the best parts of the city which included a ton of youth culture and political activism. we saw among other things squiting houses, a take back the streets riot, festivals with pyromaniacal entertainment, fleemarketing and picnicing in the grass where the wall used to stand....berlin might not have been as awesome if our tour giude wasnt as awesome. now we are in apeldoorn a tiny town outside the national park in the netherlands. tomorrow after we see the park we are going to amsterdam. then texel- some islands north of the park, then brugge in belgium...then somewhere near brugge to hike, then interlachen in switzerland to hike in the alps, then the black forest in southern germany..to hike.... i have legs of steel.... then frankfurt to fly home...to you all where we can sit and drink tea and whiskey and eat chocolate cake and build big metal things...and sleep in warm sheets and have clean feet....i miss you all
