Ancona

We drove another 300 miles across Northern Italy to Ancona where along with a 15 van Camping and Caravan Club tour we boarded the ferry for a 24 hour journey across the Adriatic Sea to Patras on the Peloponnese Peninsular in Greece, the area we plan to explore at the start of this trip.



Over dinner on the boat we had a long and enjoyable chat swapping travelling tales with a couple who were on route to their yacht to continue a long term exploration of the Mediterranean.
