I'm glad the people who designed the Busabout routes were considerate enough to make an exception to the usual scheduling policy for Pisa. Normally, day stops are in-and-out affairs, but we had an hour and a half in Pisa. That was actually perfect to wander around, take pictures, and have lunch. It was nice to see the oh so famous architectural screw-up in person, and yes, we all did the obligatory photos.

Entry on the real treat - Cinque Terre, will be done later.

Apparently, all three buildings (baptistry, cathedral, and tower) are leaning to some degree. It's just really noticable with the tower.

How can you get to Pisa and not take this shot? Apparently, they realized how much it was leaning by the time they got to the 3rd floor. They kept building anyways. Hmm....
