So much to do, to see, to eat, to drink.
We've often through we would need two or three weeks for the part of the world. As you pointed out there is a lot going on. Really enjoyed this blog and history. Glad you were able to make the trip.

2 or 3 weeks in Sicily would be just about right
You still wouldn't see everything -- it's a wonderful holiday destination just like the rest of Italy.
