It was a great boat party last night, even some passengers we didn't know joined in. We must have been the noisiest lot on the boat. The wine must have been more potent than ours. It knocked me on my ass.

In the booklet we got that explained our journey, it said we take the overnight ferry to Greece. It did fail to mention, it takes 24 hours.

So, still on the boat, nice cabins and meals and the weather is amazing. The water all the way has been like glass, hardly a ripple. It has been a nice trip, time to relax and recharge for the next leg. Suffice to say, not much to report today.

We docked at Patras and drove to Olympia. The country side we traveled thru was littered with rubbish and a lot of buildings left to rot.

Olympia is a gorgeous little village, tidy and the people are very friendly. Had dinner, delicious and went for a walk around the town......shopping. A couple of tops for me and shorts for Warren.

Tomorrow is a tour around the excavations of Olympia.
