Day 10: Milan

Today we went to Lake Garda. It is a beautiful lake that looks over the mountains (and behind those mountains are the Swiss Alps). It also has a castle that has a draw bridge! We went on a boat ride across the lake and then from there we headed to Milan. We saw the Duomo Cathedral and went window shopping. The bull mosaic: There is a tradition that if a person put their right heel on the bull's private parts and turns around three times, this will bring good luck, so we tried it.

Hi Melissa, No dog poo. Thats great. What an amazing trip your having. The palace must have been awesome. Milan must be beautiful Melissa. I haven't been there but on the radio the other day they were saying how under rated Milan is. is it beautiful. Did you enjoy it? Thank-you for ringing me on Mothers day. i was quite shocked . it was lovely to hear your voice. Snowbee likes the new bed. she has been naughty. When we wake up in the mornings guess who is asleep down by our feet inside the bed? She sneaks in after we are asleep. She is a rascal. have a great day Melissa. Luv Mum.
