Weekend in Italy

http://www.travelblog.org/Europe/Italy/Lago-di-Como--Lake-Como/blog-146101.html のキャッシュです。
We came here to celebrate my good friend Analissa and her twin sisters 30th birthday.
Thats the marvellous advantage you have when living in Europe, 1, 2 hour flights to so many different countries. So we couldnt say no and 30th!, well worth it.

Lake Como is lovley, we went in the winter, it was cold, but we had such a great time, we intend to go back again either for summer or a ski trip. Bergamo, Milan is where we flew in and 1 hour from here are the skifields.

We took a bus down to Lake Como, 4 hours away. It was the beginning of Christmas, December.
The markets were wonderful, beautifully presented little stalls with an abundance of Italian products from breads, cheeses, wine , salami and chocolate.

In Bergamo, waiting for the bus, we found an awesome place to eat , a little cafe/bar off the main road called PITSTOP, the dude in there was fantasic, service with a smile and very
nice foccacia and cocktail. Cheap stuff too.

When we got to Lake Como we met Analissa and her
group for dinner at an authentic Italian restuarant.
10 courses I think we
Italalske jidlo..dobre
ate, well I couldnt, way too much food, plus we started eating at 10pm. non stop red wine, white wine and beer. It was delicious, but alot of us couldnt fit it in. After that we went to a club, I couldnt beleive it, this was the first club we went that was non smoking, Ales and I loved it. In Italy you cant smoke in any bars or clubs.
