Our last day in Stresa was misty and sad to leave. We had more dramas with the new local sim which I won’t go into, we are all sorted now after nearly 2 full days of working on it and speaking to different people, and translating txts from the provider. Rubbish system

Dotted throughout some towns there are these rubbish systems, with metal bins which seem to drop the rubbish into an underground system. You see the locals bring down there bags and drop them in each labelled one - recycling etc.

The wisteria arbours and covering restaurant pagolas are magnificent and just a few flowers are breaking out, so fingers crossed I will see it in full flower more south in Italy in a few weeks.

You can only be buried in the cemetary in Bellagio if you are born there. You could come to the area at two months old and live your whole life there, but you can't be buried there.
