Oh Julia, I think this was possibly your best post ever. I loved hearing about the kitchens and bathrooms. And your enthusiasm in Rome. And, of course, I am so proud of you that you have reached the status of translator with Italian! I hope you can study/or work in Italy sometime in your future. But not before you come home!
