On the way I popped in to Lichtenstein, for no other reason than to say that I had been to Lichtenstein.

The Lamborghini museum.

This is the modern day interpretation of the Lamborghini Miura, considered the first true supercar.

Funnily the Ferrari Museum on Modena was being used to display Maserati cars. But fear not, there are two museums, one in Modena and one in Maranello.

To you this is an open window, to me it is an opportunity to stick my head in and savour the aroma of Italian leather and motor oil. I once bought an expensive air freshener that promised my car would smell of a circa 1950's Rolls Royce.

This is the house Enzo was born in and he eventually sold at the age of 20 to fund the production of his first sports car.

The highlight by far was this, the Pagani Huayra. Pagani is a newcomer to the Hypercar game, introducing its first car the Zonda in 1999.

The Zonda was not a beautiful car (for me) but this new Huayra really is. You really need to see it in the flesh.

The side mirrors are designed to look like a womans eye or something. Oh Italy.

This is a great view. It just seems more resolved than the Zonda. More....complete.
